After placing an order in the e-shop, the client has 24h to retract. He must write an email to ACARE-NATURA. The title must be "Product return" along with the "order number". After receipt of the email, the order will be cancel and a confirmation email will be send back to the client. The refund is in one to two business days (monday to friday) after the confirmation email.
In case of a purchase already delivered, the client has 10 days to return it by also write an email with the title requirements mentioned in the first paragraph.
The purchase return is accepted by ACARE-NATURA only if the item is still in it original package and not opened. Otherwise ACARE-NATURA will not be able to accept the item return and proceed with the refund. The customer wil be notify by email.
The return shipping cost is covered by the client. The refund will be done in 5 working days after receipt and approval of the return (working days: Monday to friday).
ACARE-NATURA does not accept retraction, return and reimbursement for personalised products after the confirmation email has been sent to the customer with the manufacturing and delivery times and precautions for use.
